Performance of Government Functions. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement <br /> which may be to the contrary, nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way stop, <br /> limit or impair the County from exercising or performing any regulatory, policing or <br /> governmental powers or functions with respect to the Property including, without <br /> limitation, inspection of the Property in the performance of such functions. <br /> Z. Duration of Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective on the date of execution and <br /> shall remain in effect during the period of affordability required by the Act under 24 CFR <br /> Part 92. <br /> AA.Signatures. This Agreement together with any amendments or modifications may be <br /> executed electronically.
