(a) The following standards are reconunended for all subdivisions of 5 or more UMUs
<br /> and shall pertain to 50% of the dwelling um*ts in the subdivision.
<br /> (2) Roofs shall be as follows. a
<br /> a, Main roof Pitch — 8112 to 12/12
<br /> . Lower roof pitches —3/12 to 4-5112
<br /> C, Roofs shall have a overhang of sixteen (16)
<br /> inches on all eaves and gables.
<br /> (3) Clapboard or shingle s shall have fog five and
<br /> if- exposure.
<br /> (6) Any chimney must be located win the body of the house mess
<br /> it is an all-masonry chimney,.
<br /> (7) Gage doors shat be nine 9) feet wide or under. Door shall not face
<br /> the street unless the garage s placed at least 10 feet behind the
<br /> Principal dwelling.
