I teach state and local <br />government law, land use law and property law. <br />Volunteer Experience: <br />I served on the Carrboro Board of Aldermen from 1985-89. I've had other university <br />obligations since then (dean at the law school and most recently chair of the campus <br />faculty), but am now coming into a different chapter of work life and have hoped I could <br />contribute as a volunteer again.
