The scope of work included installing a roof access hatch and protective railing <br /> around the roof hatch. The new hatch and protective railing was installed in March, 2017 and the OC <br /> Inspections department was called for final inspections. <br /> The OC Inspections department rejected the final permit sign-off until additional protective railing was <br /> installed to be at minimum 30" from the roof hatch opening. Attached is the inspection report from OC <br /> Inspections. <br /> This contract amendment is to add an additional $521.00 to Baker Roofing's contract to cover the cost <br /> for the additional protective railing. <br /> P.O.
