6 <br /> attached resolution (Exhibit B) approved by the Orange <br /> County Board of Commissioners on June 4, 2002 ; <br /> 23) Support legislation requiring an advance recycling fee <br /> (ARF) and a subsequent ban on landfilling or <br /> incineration of televisions, computer monitors and other <br /> devices using a cathode ray tube (CRT) to display an <br /> image on a screen; <br /> 24) Support legislation that promotes and supports the <br /> recycling and disposal of white goods; <br /> EDUCATION <br /> Orange County believes that cosmetic political initiatives <br /> regarding education that create unfunded mandates for local <br /> governments should be opposed.
