For-profit community sere ice providers shall have an annual <br /> compliance audit which meets the requirements of A-133_ The audit shall be <br /> performed within nine (9) months of the close of the provider's fiscal year. Upon <br /> completion of the audit, non-profit and for-profit providers shall provide a copy of <br /> the audit report and any opinion letter 'simultaneously to the County and the Area <br /> Age, Federal funds will rot reimburse the cost of a single audit if the total (]f all <br /> federal finds expended by the provider is less than $300,000 <br /> 9.
