Services shall be provided in accordance with requiremerits set forth in: <br /> • <br /> a) Tbe County Funding Plan; • <br /> b) The Division of Aging Home and Conaramity Care Block Grp Prooedures <br /> Manual for Community Service Providers; iarid <br /> c) The Division of Aug Services Standards Manua], Volumes i through 1V. <br /> Commuoity service providers shall monitor any contracts with providers of Block <br /> Grant services e appropriate mires to ensure that services are provided in <br /> accordauce with the aforementioned documents_ <br /> 2.
