The <br /> community service Kovider shail specify-how the service needs of low-income minority <br /> elderly and rural elderly will he met through the services identified on the Provider <br /> Services Summary OA-732) This narrative shall address outreach and service <br /> delivery methodokties that will pure that this target population.is adequately steed <br /> and confurrm with specific objectives establish.W establish. by the Area Agency on Aging, for <br /> providing services to low income minority individuals, Additional pages may be used as <br /> necessary. <br /> The Orange County Department on Aging,while providing services to any County <br /> resident sixty years and oiler, makia special efforts to reach those individuals who are <br /> low-income minority and.rural elderly.
