The Underground Property Damage Hazard <br /> does not include Property Damage(1)arising out of operations performed for any Person Insured by <br /> independent contractors,or(2)included within the Completed Operations Hazard,or(3) for which liability is <br /> assumed by the Insured under an Incidental Contract. <br /> 7. The definition of Claim is deleted in its entirety and replaced by: <br /> "Claim"means a demand for money,or the filing of suit or institution of arbitration proceedings,naming the <br /> Insured and alleging a Bodily Injury or Property Damage as a result of an Incident. <br /> 8. Section K.of CONDITIONS,Extended Reporting Period Option,is deleted in its entirety and replaced by: <br /> 9. Extended Reporting Period Option: <br /> (a) Cancellation/Non-Renewal <br /> In case of cancellation or non-renewal of this policy by the Named Insured or the Company,for any <br /> reason other than non-payment of premium or deductible or failure to comply with the terms or <br /> conditions of this policy,the Named Insured shall have the right to have an endorsement issued <br /> extending the reporting period,for an additional premium of: <br /> (i) 90%of the full annual premium for this policy,to a period of twelve(12)months,or <br /> (ii) 135%of the full annual premium for this policy,to a period of twenty-four(24)months,or <br /> (iii) 150%of the full annual premium for this policy,to a period of thirty-six(36)months,or <br /> (iv) 175%of the full annual premium for this policy,to a period of sixty(60) months <br /> 8 <br /> HCPL-8001 (Ed.11/09) <br />
