The Company may make such investigation and settlement of any claim or suit as it <br /> deems expedient. Claims Expenses incurred by the Company shall be obligated to pay Damages or <br /> Claims Expenses or to defend,or continue to defend,any suit after the applicable limit of the <br /> company's liability has been exhausted by payments of judgment of settlements. <br /> 3. Section II.,PERSONS INSURED,is deleted in its entirety and replaced by: <br /> II. PERSONS INSURED <br /> Each of the following is a"Person Insured"as defined by the policy. <br /> A.
