XDS will purchase for $1.00 all equipment, furniture, computers and cars
currently used by OPC Cross Disability Services and paid for by MR / MI
dollars.
4. XDS has already identified and working with a Human resources &
information systems vendor and will transition HR and IS services from OPC
LME to XDS.
CDS Commitment to Cultural Competence
CDS is surrounded by a rich and diverse community, serving both urban and
rural communities. CDS takes amufti-faceted approach in benefiting from this
mixture of people and cultures. Staff recruitment efforts assure advertisement of
vacancies in a variety of communities. Personnel policies of the OPC Area
Program ensure a legal and balanced approach in the hiring of qualified staff,
CAS's current staff is comprised of persons of varied racial and ethnic
backgrounds, socioeconomic backgrounds, as well as various disabilities.
XDS currently employs 2 clinical staff fluent in Spanish.
XDS Inc.
Crass Disability Services.
