The report will be a stand-alone document clearly understood by <br /> interested parties. <br /> Meetings: Two (2) meetings/presentations to present results. <br /> Deliverables: Draft and final reports and presentation materials for meetings. <br /> Task 6: Make Recommendations for Amendments to County Land Development Code <br /> Description: Based upon the findings and deliverables developed in the above Tasks, we will make <br /> recommendations for amendments to the County's Land Development Code. These will <br /> be coordinated in draft form, first with staff and, as directed, with County legal counsel, <br /> before finalizing for consideration of adoption by the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> Deliverables: Technical Memorandum outlining Recommended Changes to the County's Land <br /> Development Code. <br /> 11 <br />
