The volunteer holding this <br /> position submitted her resignation on 3/20117 because she choose not to serve a <br /> second term-effective immediately. Ensure that Orange County <br /> residents are able to engage government through voting and volunteering by eliminating <br /> disparities in participation and barriers to participation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board consider making <br /> appointments to the Arts Commission. <br />
