Given the critical role of <br /> tracking and reporting program performance to justify the OCCO Program as well as the <br /> Triangle TDM Program overall, the Orange County TDM Coordinator will make this a <br /> Top Task. They will also take time to participate in making improvements to regional <br /> TDM services, and critically assess their own programs, using the data they collect to <br /> make process improvements. <br /> At the end of each quarter, the Orange County TDM Coordinator will submit a quarterly <br /> report, which should include tracking data on program participation and the estimated <br /> impact of marketing and promotional campaigns within that quarter. Tracking <br /> measurable indicators of TDM program success will improve future campaigns and <br /> programs. The Orange County Commuter Benefits Webpage and STRNC for example <br /> have easily trackable data, which could give further insight into the interests of Orange <br /> County employers and employees.
