ERH will be a priority as it addresses <br /> a primary obstacle identified by Orange County staff to commuting without their <br /> personal vehicle. <br /> Proposed Outputs and Outcome Tracking <br /> • Meet or call all top 5 employers as well as Durham Tech's Orange <br /> County Campus and UNC Health Care - Hillsborough Campus to <br /> promote participation. <br /> • 30 new users will register for ERH. <br /> o Users who register for ERH will be tracked through the <br /> STRNC administrative portal. <br /> o 4.2.a Develop and implement detailed marketing plans. -The Orange County <br /> TDM Coordinator will implement marketing plans developed under Top Task#3, <br /> to Oromote ongoing local and regional programs through all appropriate media <br /> channels to reach employees in the Hillsborough hotspot and Orange County <br /> facilities. <br /> ■ Proposed Outputs and Outcome Tracking <br /> • One detailed marketing plan will be followed per ongoing program <br /> throughout the year following NCDOT guidelines and best <br /> practices of partners. <br /> o Outcomes of following these plans can be measured by <br /> how well the plan fit with the actual process after <br /> completion. <br /> • Meet or call all top 5 employers as well as Durham Tech's Orange <br /> County Campus and UNC Health Care - Hillsborough Campus to <br /> promote participation in ongoing TDM programs. <br /> o For any employer who plans to participate, they will CC or <br /> otherwise include the Orange County TDM Coordinator on <br /> their messaging for tracking purposes. Whenever possible, <br /> the Orange County TDM Coordinator will participate in- <br /> person to take pictures, collect testimonials, and distribute <br /> information and promotional items. <br /> • 4.2.f Develop and disseminate outreach materials about the success of the <br /> TOM Program. - The Orange County TDM Coordinator will collect data on the <br /> importance of TDM efforts and the impacts of the Triangle TDM program in Top <br /> Task#3. They will then use that data to create and distribute persuasive and <br /> authoritative messaging about the benefits of TDM for commuters. <br /> ■ Proposed Outputs and Outcome Tracking <br /> • Marketing materials refer to data on program importance and <br /> impact <br /> • 4.3.c Promote TDM through social media -The Coordinator will collaborate <br /> with County Public Relations staff to post TDM messaging on County social <br /> media for all ongoing local and regional programming. <br /> ■ Proposed Outputs and Outcome Tracking <br /> • 50 Posts on Social Media, 1 per week throughout the year. <br /> Top Task#3: Marketing and Administration <br /> Triangle J <br /> Council of Governments 12 <br />
