Leveraging <br /> the lessons learned through the <br /> regional TDM effort supporting the <br /> Fortify construction project, the TDM C <br /> Coordinator would have a key 5'frn ed cro�s�i 1ks <br /> opportunity to direct commuters to <br /> alternative modes to avoid peak-travel r <br /> congestion. <br /> 5 <br /> r <br /> � VUider♦ed �� <br /> sidewalks <br /> Staff Members: Provide the staff members working on the project and an estimate of the <br /> percentage of each staff members time that will be spent on each major task. <br /> The OCCO initiative will be headed by the Orange County Transportation Demand Management <br /> (TDM) Coordinator, with shared oversight by Orange Public Transportation and the Orange <br /> County Sustainability Coordinator, Brennan Bouma. <br /> Orange County staff has been informed by the TDM Oversight Committee that there has been a <br /> tendency for TDM Coordinators to be pulled into transit supply tasks when they are based in <br /> transit agencies such as Orange Public Transportation.
