We are not <br /> including fees to measure and produce drawings of the existing facility. If the <br /> County has the CAD or hardcopy drawings of the building to converted, we would <br /> need to receive those. At the very least, we will need to receive floor plan <br /> drawings, such as exit plan drawings. Our scope of work includes the services of <br /> our consultant engineers for structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire <br /> protection.
