GRANT MONITORING AND SERVICING <br /> The grant project will be monitored and serviced in accordance with RD Instruction <br /> 4280-E, tie grant agreement, and 2 CFR Chapter IV (see RD Instruction 4280.443). <br /> Recipient will allow the Agency, or its representatives,to conduct site visits as needed <br /> to monitor progress and to audit the Recipient's. real and personal pro p rt <br /> development and narrative and financial records related to the performance of <br /> activities and r the Grant Agreement. Failure to allow the Agency to conduct site <br /> visits shall be grounds for terminating.the grant. <br /> 27.
