Certification of 99 year Affordability: <br />Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NC, Inc. certifies in writing that the four <br />homes will remain affordable to families earning less than 80% of the area median <br />income for at least ninety-nine (99) years, <br />4. Documentation of Impact Fee Payment Yes. The fee was paid at the time the <br />building permit was issued. Actual reimbursement will take place at the time that the <br />Impact Fee Agreement is executed by Habitat for Humanity and recorded in the <br />Register of Deeds Office. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The current balance from the FY 2005-2006 appropriation for impact <br />fee reimbursements is $77,733. Expenditure of $17,628 for these reimbursements will leave <br />a balance of $60,105, <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the impact fee <br />reimbursement request from Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NC, Inc. for $17,628 far <br />four (4) newly constructed homes. <br />
