This includes <br /> development of health and safety plans,implementing safe operating procedures,and identification <br /> of unknown material. <br /> • Based on performance, Mr, Meeks has been promoted from several previous positions. He was <br /> customer service chemist. He was also the plant quality control supervisor for the hazardous <br /> handling at the Reidsville,facility.
