DocuSign Envelope ID:813A5323-29B6-4DDD-A2B8-22B7F4A4A68C <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY CONTRACT AMENDMENT #2 <br /> THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and <br /> entered into this 1st day of June 2017 by and between ORANGE <br /> COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as "County") and Clean Harbors <br /> Environmental Services, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as"Provider"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated <br /> May 15 , 2012 amended by addendum September 5 , <br /> 2013 for the disposal of household hazardous waste <br /> materials (hereinafter the "Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to extend the A g r e em e n t while <br /> keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement, as <br /> amended, not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and <br /> agreements made in the Original Agreement, as amended, and herein, the <br /> parties agree to amend the Original Agreement, as amended, as follows: <br /> 1 . The Term of the Agreement is hereby extended through June 30, 2019. <br /> 2. Section B CURRENT FACILITY on page 5 of Attachment A is replaced <br /> with the following: <br /> The Orange County permanent HHW collection center, located at 1514 <br /> Eubanks Road in the township of Chapel Hill, on the property of the Orange <br /> County Landfill. The HHW program in Orange County is managed and <br /> administered by the Orange County Department of Solid Waste <br /> Management. Orange County's HHW collection center is open six days per <br /> week (Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 7:30 am <br /> to 12:00 noon). The collection center will be relocated to the Eubanks Road <br /> Waste and Recycling Center, 1530 Eubanks Rd., township of Chapel Hill, <br /> upon completion of the remodeling of the Center. The remodeling is <br /> expected to be completed in November 2017. Upon relocation, the hours of <br /> operation will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm; <br /> Saturday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; Sunday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. <br /> 3. Section 12.b.
