The staff sub-committee will meet <br /> again to review any comments received and develop a final draft project list for the <br /> TARPO Board to consider for approval in August 2017. Max Bushell, Orange County <br /> Transportation Planner has and will continue to attend the sub-committee meetings. <br /> Three of the six total Orange County projects, approved by the BOCC on its May 2, <br /> 2017 agenda, are on the draft TARPO project list for prioritization. The three projects <br /> removed are bicycle projects, which without a Letter of Commitment reflecting 20% local <br /> match and local project management, are not eligible to move forward for SPOT <br />
