9 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING A CHAPEL HILL REPRESENTATIVE TO FILL <br /> A SEAT ON THE ORANGE COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD (2017- <br /> 05-22/R-11) <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has requested that the Town Council <br /> fill a Chapel Hill seat on the Orange County Animal Services Advisory Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has voted to select a representative. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the <br /> Council recommends that Heather Payne be appointed by the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners to serve as the Chapel Hill representative on the Orange County Animal Services <br /> Advisory Board. <br /> This the 22nd day of May, 2017. <br />
