I have <br /> published and taught courses in the area of humans relationships with domestic, wild, and feral <br /> animals. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> I have been fascinated by human-animal relationships for most of my life. I recently moved to <br /> Chapel Hill/Carrboro for family reasons. Previously I was a professor of anthropology at a small <br /> college in Michigan. I live in a neighborhood with particularly fast-changing and interesting <br /> issues pertaining to people, pets, and wildlife (e.g., coyotes).
