Their Base Bid amount was $3,485,801.00 with an Add Alternate 1 Bid amount of <br /> $55,235.00 and Add Alternate Bid 2 amount of$45,085.00. Their Total Combined Bid amount <br /> was $3,586,121.00. A 5% Bid Bond accompanied their bid. <br /> As the total amount of the Base Bid and Alternate Bids 1 and 2 are within the budget <br /> amount for the project, we recommend awarding J.F. Wilkerson Contracting Company, Inc. the <br /> contract for the submitted Combined Bid amount of$3,586,121.00.
