He asked if an application scores a zero, <br /> 43 is the agency still eligible for 15% of its request. <br /> 44 Bonnie Hammersley said yes, but the lowest score was in the 60s. She said the scoring <br /> 45 criteria may be more closely scrutinized in that regard. She said all these agencies provide <br /> 46 value to the County, but some fail to submit strong applications. She said all are worthy of <br /> 47 some funding, and the County can work with agencies to submit stronger applications in the <br /> 48 future. <br /> 49 Commissioner Jacobs said it would be helpful to differentiate FY 2017-18 from the past <br /> 50 two years, and to add one more column for percent of increase and the amount of increase. <br />
