13 <br /> ultimate disposition data including the date of disposal and sale price of the property <br /> with Agency approval. A physical inventory of the property must be taken and the <br /> results reconciled with the property records at least once every two years. Adequate <br /> safeguards to prevent loss, damage or theft; and adequate maintenance procedures <br /> must be developed to keep the property in good condition. <br /> At a minimum, Recipient must provide insurance coverage for real property and <br /> equipment acquired or improved with Federal funds equivalent to insurance provided <br /> for other property owned by the Recipient, and acceptable to the Agency. <br /> Recipient must notify and obtain approval from the Agency before disposing of any <br /> real property or equipment,and must maintain property standards for real and personal <br /> property, including equipment and supplies, in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, <br /> Subpart D. <br /> Additional requirements related to methods of procurement, standards of conduct, <br /> open and free competition, price analysis, avoiding real or apparent conflicts of <br /> interest in project transactions, access to contractor records, unnecessary or <br /> duplicative items, and equal employment opportunity are applicable. See 2 CFR Part <br /> 200, Subpart D. <br /> 21. CONSTRUCTIN MANAGEMENT <br /> Not applicable. <br /> 22. TITLE OF PROPERTY <br /> Not applicable. <br /> 23. START OF PROJECT <br /> Project activities may not begin, and expenditures may not be incurred, until <br /> the date that the Agency has executed the Grant Agreement. An executed copy <br /> of the Grant Agreement will be mailed to you as written notification of the <br /> Award Date and commencement of the project funding period. . <br /> 24. PROGRAMMATIC CHANGES <br /> You must obtain prior written approval from the Agency for any change to the <br /> scope or objectives of the approved project. Failure to obtain prior written <br /> approval for changes to the scope can result in suspension or termination of <br /> grant funds. <br /> 25. OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br /> You will be responsible for any additional requirements of Federal, State or local <br /> Governments that may apply in accordance with applicable Notices published in the <br /> Federal Register and all other applicable laws,regulations,Executive Orders and other <br />
