The <br />Board will likely want to review and discuss this information and provide any comments and <br />questions as necessary. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with receiving and discussing <br />this information. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the information <br />from the County Attorney and provide any comments, questions, and further direction to the <br />County Attorney and other staff as appropriate.
