We look forward to working with you and Orange County to <br /> achieve the County's vision for this project. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Under this Agreement,the Timmons Group Consultant Team (Timmons Group, Britt Nance Collaborative, <br /> NAI Carolantic, NAI Piedmont Triad)will provide professional services related to the Orange County SWOT <br /> Analysis as outlined below: <br /> Task 1- Part 1:The Discovery Process(Site, Infrastructure& Real Estate Market Analysis) <br /> Using readily available information provided by the County,Towns, Service providers and from other <br /> data sources,the Consultant team will evaluate the EDDs and CITANs, herein referred to as "site(s)", <br /> identified by the County in the Request for Proposal#5227 dated February 2, 2017. These sites include: <br /> 1. Eno EDD—776 acres <br /> 2. Hillsborough EDD—703 acres <br /> 3. Buckhorn EDD—900 acres <br /> 4. CITAN Buckhorn—719 acres <br /> 5. CITAN West Efland—242 acres <br /> 6. CITAN East Efland—433 acres <br /> 7. CITAN Hillsborough—4 acres <br /> 8. CITAN Hillsborough—46 acres <br /> 9.
