Booklet of Drawings (in 11x17 and PDF format): <br /> a. Existing Conditions from GIS/ USDA showing boundary, general utilities, streets, etc. <br /> b. Topography <br /> c. Hydrologic features (streams,wetlands,floodplains) <br /> d. Slope Analysis (highlighting in color the areas deemed too steep to grade) <br /> e. USDA Soil Survey <br /> f. Local Zoning (if available) <br /> g. Buildable Area showing most realistic building pads & buildable acreage <br /> h. Conceptual Plan(s) depicting potential build-out (concept plans to address both combined <br /> and separate layouts for the seven EDDs and CITANs as directed) <br /> i. Four(4) sets of 11x17 hard copies of all dwgs will be provided <br /> 2. PEST and SWOT Analysis for each site <br /> 3. Final Report to include the above information and final prioritization <br /> a.
