2006 <br />February — Staff submits final draft of recommended Plan to SWAB Work Group <br />Receives final input prior to submitting recommendations to governing boards. <br />March - SWAB submits final draft of recommended Plan to BOCC, suimnarizing input <br />from citizen forum, Work Group and SWAB. Public invited to attend and provide input. <br />BOCC provides guidance. <br />April — SWAB submits final draft of Plan to Towns. Towns provide feedback, Requests <br />for any substantive changes by Towns will be shared with BOCC. (This could be done at <br />AOG meeting, if desired) <br />May— Towns endorse revised 3 -Year Solid Waste Management Plan Update to State, <br />which includes revised waste reduction and recycling component. <br />June — BOCC endorses revised 3 -Year Solid Waste Management Plan Update and <br />authorizes submission of 3 -Year Plan to State (Due June 30). <br />Summer — Staff prepares comprehensive implementation plan for adopted Solid Waste <br />Management Plan, including financing, capital, and operational elements. <br />26 <br />
