SCS staff designed and managed County's <br /> ✓Solid Waste Program Transfer Station rehabilitation and improvements. Project <br /> Operational Assistance included development of system for resurfacing Transfer <br /> ✓ Solid Waste and Environmental Station floor and the addition of structural steel components for <br /> Permitting tipping floor edge and hopper. <br /> ✓ Designed closure cover system <br /> that minimized infiltration of County 10-year Solid Waste Management Plan — 3 Year <br /> precipitation into the underlying Updates. SCS's Charlotte office staff has assisted the County <br /> non-Subtitle D MSW Landfill <br /> ✓ Developed construction placement in preparing their 2006 and 2009 Solid Waste Management <br /> procedure for the closure cover Plan (SWMP) — 3 year updates as part of their 10-year Solid <br /> system soil component to be able Waste Management Plan required by North Carolina General <br /> oe � Statute 130A-309A(b).
