He also provides environmental services support to sites including erosion and sediment control plans, equipment selection assistance, and site design. 4 LITIGATION STATEMENT SCS has been in business since 1970, has offices throughout the United States and other parts of the world, and stands behind our work. An organization of our size and scale occasionally becomes involved in litigation. Of the matters we have been involved in the past, or are currently involved in, none are considered to be material to our operations or limit in any way our ability to perform the work described in this RFP response. Set forth in Appendix B is our litigation statement for matters relevant to errors or omissions attributed to SCS.
