He has experience in landfill design, cell construction,permitting, and <br /> closure design. He currently supports active landfill sites in Virginia with site planning, grading <br /> design, and regulatory reporting. He provides long term planning assistance to sites by <br /> evaluating airspace availability, estimates of future needs, and required timelines of future <br /> development. He also provides environmental services support to sites including erosion and <br /> sediment control plans, equipment selection assistance, and site design. <br /> 4 LITIGATION STATEMENT <br /> SCS has been in business since 1970, has offices throughout the United States and other parts of <br /> the world, and stands behind our work. An organization of our size and scale occasionally <br /> becomes involved in litigation. Of the matters we have been involved in the past, or are <br /> currently involved in, none are considered to be material to our operations or limit in any way <br /> our ability to perform the work described in this RFP response. <br /> Set forth in Appendix B is our litigation statement for matters relevant to errors or omissions <br /> attributed to SCS.
