These individuals have been selected for this project specifically due to their <br /> comprehensive knowledge of the broad spectrum of solid waste management issues and yet each <br /> is highly specialized in one of the tactical topic areas such as LFG management, air quality <br /> permit compliance, LFGE projects, landfill engineering and permitting, CQA certifications, <br /> landfill closure and post-closure care, transfer station and convenience center design and <br /> operations, material recovery facilities and recycling programs, composting and yar dwaste <br /> processing facilities, solid waste program planning and management, groundwater/surface <br /> water/leachate sampling and reporting, financial assurance, economic planning and analysis, etc. <br /> The Project Organization Chart, Exhibit 11, identifies specific team members that are proposed <br /> for the project. The chart depicts how we intend to coordinate and manage activities to insure <br /> proper communications with Orange County and internally.
