Carrboro Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) Expansion Request— Highway 54 West <br /> The Board considered sending the Town of Carrboro a letter in support of the Town's request <br /> to move forward to a public hearing regarding extension of its ETJ over 2.9 acres of land along <br /> Highway 54 West. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said he would like to request engaging the Town of Carrboro in <br /> discussion on areas of joint land use concerns.
