Combined with new <br /> programming, Field House operations to generate $7,200,000 incremental revenues <br /> over the first six years. <br /> • By leveraging RFP staff/management resources, combined six year operating surplus <br /> of$3,754,000 will reimburse the appropriated costs. <br /> • Synergies with existing operations will facilitate the combined annual operating <br /> surpluses of$1.4 million, which can be re-invested in countywide wellness and <br /> recreation. <br /> John Stock, Sportsplex General Manager, introduced the company that will be building <br /> the Fieldhouse: TA Loving. <br /> Ken Redfoot, Architect, presented this portion of the PowerPoint, and reviewed the <br /> plans for the Field House. <br /> Commissioner Rich asked if there will be spaces for bicycle parking. <br /> Ken Redfoot said the Hillsborough approval process has just begun, and more details <br /> will be incorporated going forward. He said bicycle parking can be accommodated. <br /> Commissioner Rich asked if there is bicycle parking at the current facility. <br /> John Stock said no, and staff is investigating costs for bicycle parking. <br /> Commissioner Rich asked to find out if this is part of the Hillsborough guidelines, so <br /> that bicycle parking can be included. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs asked if the size of the basketball courts in the gymnasium could <br /> be given. <br />
