of the Twin Creeks assemblage -the educational campus portion of Twin Creeks includes <br />this parcel as well as a segment of an adjoining parcel), <br />County and school staff will present information for the Board's consideration regarding each of <br />these points and be available to respond to BOCC questions. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct financial impact associated with this work session <br />discussion, although guidance provided by the Board will influence the development of the <br />Elementary #10 and Twin Creeks Park capital project budgets, There is $12,8 million <br />programmed under the County s Debt Issuance Schedule far the construction of Elementary <br />#10, although there are insufficient funds programmed to fully fund the project, As CHCCS <br />continues to refine its estimated project budget for Elementary #10, the BOCC will need to <br />consider at some point in the future approving the total amount of funding the County will <br />appropriate for this project and how and when it wishes to incur the necessary debt to do so. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive and discuss <br />information related to the Elementary #10 project, as noted above. <br />
