The APB wishes to make the following recommendations to the Board of <br /> County Commissioners: <br /> Reappoint member Vaughn Compton to a second term in the Cedar Grove <br /> District position (position 2). His current term will expire on June 30, 2017. Mr. <br /> Compton has been an active participant in APB meetings and has an outstanding <br /> attendance record. <br /> Appoint new applicant Cecilia Redding to the Caldwell District position (position <br /> 3) to be vacated when Kim Woods rotates off on June 30. Ms. Redding owns a <br /> farm in the Caldwell District that is enrolled in the VAD program, and is therefore <br /> eligible to serve in this district position. <br /> Appoint new applicant Stephen Finley to the vacant at-large position (position 9). <br /> Mr. Finley has farmed for many years in the Cedar Grove community.
