2024 1.00 <br />2.025 1.00 <br />2026 1.00 <br />Each 2006A Certificate will be pa~jable as to interest (a) from its date, if <br />such 2006A Certificate is authenticated prior to the Record Date preceding the first <br />Certificate Payment Date, (b) from the succeeding Certificate Payment Date, if <br />such 2000A Certificate is authenticated betv~Teen a Record Date and the succeeding <br />Certificate Payment Date, or {c) otherwise from the Certificate Payment Date that <br />is, or immediately precedes, the date on ~~Jluch such 2006A Certificate is <br />authenticated; provided, however, that if at the time of authentication of any <br />2006A Certificate payment of interest is in default, such 2006A Certificate will be <br />payable as to interest from the date to ~vluch interest has been paid. <br />Principal, premium, if any, and interest on all Certificates will be payable in <br />laujful money of the Uiuted States of America. <br />Section 1.03. Prepayment Dates and Prices. The Certificates are <br />subject to prepayment as described in Section 3.01. <br />Section 1.04. Delivery of 2006A Certificates. The Trustee will <br />authenticate and deli~Ter the 2006A Certificates when there ha~Te been filed with or <br />delivered to it the following: <br />(a) Original executed counterparts of this Trust Agreement, the Financing <br />Contract and the Deed of Trust. <br />(b) A certified copy of a resolution or resolutions of the County Board, <br />approving substantially final forms of the Financing Contract and the Deed of <br />Trust, authorizing their execution and delivery and approving the execution and <br />deliverer of the 2006A Certificates. <br />(c) Executed 2006A Certificates in the aggregate principal amounts, <br />bearing interest at such rates and payable as to principal and interest at such <br />times and in such amounts as are provided in this Trust Agreement. <br />(d) A request and authorization, signed by any Company officer and <br />by a County Representative, to the Trustee to authenticate and deliver the 2006A <br />Certificates to such person or persons named therein upon payment to the <br />Trustee with respect to the 2006A Certificates of a specified sum. <br />J3862v2 4 <br />
