12.1Q. Memorandum of Lease. At the request of either party, the County <br />and the School Board will at any time execute a memorandum of this Lease legally <br />sufficient to comply with the relevant provisions of the North Carolina General <br />Statutes. <br />12.11. Third-Party Beneficiary.
