instruments reasonably necessary or desired by the Company or the Deed of Trust <br />Trustee to carry out more effectively the purposes of this Deed of Trust or any other <br />document related to the transactions contemplated by this Deed of Trust, and to <br />subject to the liens and security interests hereof and thereof all or any part of the <br />Mortgaged Property intended to be given or conveyed hereunder or thereunder, <br />whether now given or conveyed or acquired and conveyed subsequent to the date of <br />this Deed of Trust. <br />6-9 Severability. If any provision of this Deed of Tnist is <br />determined to be unenforceable, that will not affect any other provision of this <br />Deed of Trust. <br />6-1Q Non-Business Days. If the date for making any payment or the <br />last day for performance of any act or the exercising of any right is not a Business <br />Day, such payment may be made or act performed or right exercised on or before <br />the next succeeding Business Day. <br />6-11 Entire Agreement; Amendments. This Deed of Trust, together <br />with the other Documents, constitutes the County's entire agreement uTith the <br />Company, the Trustee and the Deed of Trust Trustee with respect to its general <br />subject matter.
