To the extent of any conflict between this Article and any other provision of this Contract, tlus Article will take priority. ARTICLE XIII MISCELLANEOUS 13.1. Count~~'s Acceptance of Trust Agreement Terms. The County accepts its responsibilities under the Trust Agreement., and agrees to be bound thereby. 13.2. Information to Insurer. So long as the Insurer is not in default under the Policy, the County uTill permit the Insurer to discuss the County's affairs, finances and accounts, or any information the Insurer may reasonably request. regarding the security for the Obligations, v~Tith appropriate County officers. The County will permit the Insurer to have access to the Financed Facilities and have access to and to make copies of all books and records relating to the Obligations at anv reasonable time. 13.3. Notices. (a) Any communication provided for in this Contract must be in writing.
