He <br /> said the entire pro forma out to 2062, all of the Orange County Tax district revenues that are <br /> collected are $1,020,000,000. He said at the end of 2062 there will be about $40 million in the <br /> reserve, which means about $980 will be spent over that term. <br /> 2.
