It is assumed that the easements for the sanitary <br /> sewer and waterline easements will be within the right-of-way of the <br /> service road and will not require easement exhibits or legal <br /> descriptions. The Orange County Attorney's office will prepare the <br /> required deeds of easement and handle all acquisition coordination. <br /> Dedications will be"by plat"; no metes or bounds descriptions will be <br /> required. <br /> TASK 4 FEE: $8,800 ($1,100 per easement exhibit and descriptions) <br /> TASK 5—GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION <br /> Geotechnical Investigation — A sub-consultant will provide geotechnical <br /> investigation services to include the following: <br /> -Site reconnaissance <br /> -Drill mobilization and 28 test borings with Standard Penetration <br /> Testing (SPT), with 18 borings at 10' depth, 7 borings at 15' <br /> depth, 2 borings at 20' depth, and 1 boring at 50' depth <br /> -Preparation of a Report of Preliminary Geotechnical Investigation <br /> TASK 5 FEE: $44,440 <br /> TASK 6—CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> Construction Documents— This task includes: <br /> -Prepare 90% construction drawings, including erosion control <br /> design for the water main and sanitary sewer main extensions <br /> -Prepare 90% specifications utilizing Orange County and Town of <br /> Hillsborough standards <br /> -Conduct one review meeting with Orange County and Town of <br /> Hillsborough <br /> -Finalize construction documents for permit applications <br /> Construction Cost Opinion — Prepare a construction cost opinion or updates <br /> as necessary at the following stages of construction document <br /> preparation: <br /> FOR-17126 <br />
