The end <br /> product will include a report/concurrence submitted to SHPO <br /> requesting concurrence and comment. <br /> Underground Utilities—McAdams will provide utility designation by marking <br /> the underground utilities with spray paint using electromagnetic <br /> equipment. McAdams will show underground utilities from field- <br /> designated information and any existing drawings provided. We make <br /> no guarantee that the underground utilities shown comprise all such <br /> utilities in the area, either in service or abandoned. McAdams further <br /> does not warrant that the underground utilities shown are in the exact <br /> location indicated, although they do certify that they are located as <br /> accurately as possible from information available. <br /> Topographic/Location Survey — Perform a topographic and location survey <br /> for approximately 3,800-feet along the proposed sanitary sewer <br /> alignment and 7,900-feet along the proposed waterline alignment. A <br /> digital terrain model to define existing topography and grades for use <br /> in determining earthwork and property impacts will be created for the <br /> engineers. The planimetric information necessary for design of <br /> improvements includes, but is not limited to, the following: <br /> -Drives— location, type, and width <br /> -Signs— location, type, and size <br /> -Utilities — The locations of underground utilities are based on <br /> visible above-ground structures and underground location and <br /> marking by McAdams Company. More specifically, the <br /> following data will be collected in regards to the utilities within <br /> the survey limits <br /> -Storm drainage—location, size (with sizes labeled on each side of <br /> inlet),type, top, invert elevations, and inlet and outlet locations <br /> both inside and outside planimetric limits <br /> -Sanitary sewer—location, size, type, top, and invert elevations <br /> -Water— location of valves, meters, and hydrants <br /> -Light Poles—location of poles and pole number <br /> -Gas—location valves and meters <br /> -Property Corners — property corners for the easement exhibit <br /> platting <br /> -Overhead Utility Poles—location poles and guy wires at grade <br /> TASK 3 FEE: $40,800 <br /> FOR-17126 <br />
