64 <br /> School Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br /> Process 2 - Certificate of Adequate Public Schools (CAPS) Allocation <br /> 2017 CAPS system is effective November 15, 2016 through November 14, 2017. <br /> The system is updated with new membership, CIP capacity changes, and any other BOCC/School District joint <br /> action approved capacity prior to November 15,2016. This information is received within 5 days of November 15 <br /> and posted within the next 15 days. This CAPS system recalibration is retroactive to November 15, 2016. <br /> CAPS Allocation System CAPS System <br /> 1.
