Level Reports are configured in MSA and require the MARVLIS Reporting Service to <br /> run to generate report data. <br /> M <br /> MARVLIS Client- MARVLIS Client is an in-vehicle navigation system that is designed to aid public <br /> safety field crews in reaching their destination, receive dispatch information, and convey information <br /> back to the dispatch system. It is a touch screen enabled system that contains a map display and a <br /> variety of tools that interact with the map. The map display shows current vehicle location, incident <br /> locations, and recommended routes. <br /> MARVLIS Server-A communications hub between the various components of the complete MARVLIS <br /> system, all of the Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) data and resource status information. MARVLIS <br /> Server runs as a Windows service and maintains open communication channels with the CAD and all <br /> active MARVLIS viewers. <br /> Merger- In Demand Monitor, a merger is a combination of multiple demand configurations. <br /> MSA-Abbreviated form of MARVLIS Server Administration tool. Is typically installed on the same <br /> machine as MARVLIS Server. <br /> N <br /> Network Dataset-A collection of topologically connected network elements (edges,junctions, and <br /> turns)that are derived from network sources,typically used to represent a linear network, such as a <br /> road or subway system. In the MARVLIS system, a network dataset represents a street network used <br /> for generating routes. <br /> Night Mode- In MARVLIS Client,this is a map display configuration that uses darker colors and is <br /> typically used during evening hours in order to reduce screen glare. <br /> 0 <br /> Outrasters Folder-The Outrasters folder is the typical location of the demand configuration output <br /> on the Demand Monitor machine. Normally, here: C:\Outrasters.This folder is accessed by your <br /> Deployment Monitor machines via Windows file sharing.
