Installation of local copy of Demand Monitor for use exclusively with Deployment Planner. <br /> 5. MARVLIS Impedance Monitor Installation/Configuration <br /> a. Installation on staff workstation identified by end user <br /> b. Configuration with Street network data <br /> c. Configuration of access to AVL table in SQL Server database for analysis and updating of street network travel <br /> costs <br /> CONTRACT <br /> 1) BCS will not commence work,of any kind,related to the MARVLIS integration until an agreement is signed by both BCS <br /> and Licensee Representatives. <br /> 2) Either Party may request changes within the general scope of the agreement. If a requested change causes an increase or <br /> decrease in the cost or time required to perform the agreement,the Parties will agree to an equitable adjustment of the <br /> Contract Price,Performance Schedule,or both,and will reflect the adjustment in a change order. The form of such Change Order shall be substantially <br /> similar to the attached. <br /> TERMS FOR CONTRACT PAYMENT: <br /> 1. 40%of total contract upon contract approval. <br /> 2. 40%of total contract upon installation of at least one instance of each application <br /> 3. 20%of total contract upon successful completion of 30 day test run. A successful test run shall be one that indicates that <br /> the software is installed and operating as designed. <br /> LOCATION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: Remote from Aiken,SC,but at Client Site as requested by Licensee. Travel <br /> expenses must be pre-approved by Licensee and will reimbursed at actual cost plus 10%.
