Implementation will provide the <br /> installation and configuration of the MARVLIS software applications listed below at Orange County EMS. <br /> Application Brief Description <br /> MARVLIS Server Provides communications between in-vehicle <br /> component and CAD system;provides logging of <br /> AVL data <br /> MARVLIS Client In-vehicle mapping display;provides field crew with <br /> incident information,current location,routing,and <br /> status changes. <br /> MARVLIS Deployment Monitor Provides a live map display of projected demand, <br /> vehicles,their current location, status,and dynamic <br /> service area to dispatch. <br /> MARVLIS Demand Monitor Provides live hotspot data of expected demand <br /> density. The data generated by this application is <br /> then displayed via Deployment Monitor <br /> MARVLIS Deployment Planner A powerful deployment analysis tool that assists <br /> staff in developing a demand based deployment plan <br /> using historical incident data,and drive time <br /> analysis. This tool is used on an as needed basis for <br /> plan analysis. <br /> MARVLIS Impedance Monitor Enables staff to process their current routing street <br /> data against their logged AVL data to more <br /> accurately reflect the true drive time at various times <br /> of day. This tool is used on an as needed basis by <br /> staff to improve the accuracy of their data for route <br /> generation. <br /> BCS RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 1) Provide CAD integration with customer supplied CAD system in accordance with"MARVLIS Server Computer Aided <br /> Dispatch Integration Guide". and deliver the following functionality: <br /> a. Receive dispatch,status change and incident location(Lat/Long)information from the CAD Interface; <br /> b. Store AVL history data by unique vehicle ID in"SQL"server <br /> c. Transmit status changes and vehicle locations to the CAD from MARVLIS Clients <br /> 2) BCS will commence remote work on the Licensee system when all equipment is in place,all prerequisites have been met, <br /> and the site is ready for software to be installed.
