z <br />A meeting to receive community comments on the draft plan is scheduled far March 20, 2006 <br />from 6:00 p.m, to 7:30 p,m, at the Efland-Cheeks Community Center, The draft plan will be <br />available an the Planning Department's website far easy accessibility and two copies of the <br />draft plan will be made available at the Community Center for citizens to review on the <br />premises, The community meeting will be advertised in the "Northern Orange' section of the <br />News of Orange and in the Mebane Enterprise. <br />After the scheduled community meeting, any comments received will be incorporated into the <br />plan, as appropriate, and the final draft of the plan will be brought back to the BOCC for <br />adoption via resolution. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact involved in reviewing the draft plan, <br />Implementation of the plan will require County funding, <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the draft plan for <br />informational purposes and review.. <br />
